The Room Rates Included

• 21% government tax and service charge
• Complimentary welcome drink and cool face towel on arrival

Any reservation request for more than 2 adults we suggest to take a Suite Villa with private pool or two Standard Bungalows.

High Season Policy : High season surcharge of USD 24.00 per room applies from 15th July to 31st August and 20th December - 15th January.
Check in time is : 01.00 p.m
Check-Out time is : 12.00 noon
Day Use : till 06.00 p.m. is 50% charge from published rates.
Children Policy : Under 12 years FOC sharing with parents
Extra Bed : We do not provide any extra bed - for three adults or triple, we recommend -the Suite Villa, which is suitable for the additional person.
Cancellation Policy : One night accomodation if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior arrival; No show full day charge will be applied automatically
